JBL has announced three new series of TWS headphones

JBL brand has introduced several lines of TWS headphones for every taste and budget. For discerning music lovers, JBL has prepared the Wave series , which includes three models offered at the same price – in the UK it is 41.99 pounds sterling. The Wave Buds are the standard bud-shaped earbuds, the Wave Beam are the TWS earbuds with a tip, and finally the Wave Flex are the open-ended bar-shaped earbuds.

At the same time, the models differ not only in design. The Wave Buds and Wave Beam have 8mm drivers, while the Wave Flex has 12mm drivers. However, all three models have the same battery life of 32 hours: eight hours on charge of the batteries in the headphones and three additional charge cycles are provided by the backup battery in the storage and carrying case.

JBL Tune Buds TWS headphones

If you need TWS headphones with active noise cancellation (ANC), then one of the three models of the JBL Tune series – Tune Buds , Tune Beam and Tune Flex will do.. Like the Wave, the Tune headphones are offered at the same price, £69.99. The design follows similar models in the Wave series. At the same time, there are slightly more differences in terms of characteristics. All three models are equipped with a noise reduction system and four microphones. The Tune Buds are equipped with a 10mm driver, Bluetooth 5.3 and meet the IP54 standard for dust and water resistance. Tune Beam is equipped with a 6mm driver, and the Bluetooth version and the degree of protection against dust and water in this model is the same as the Tune Buds. The total battery life of Tune Buds and Tune Beam is up to 48 hours: 12 hours on headphone batteries and two charge cycles in the case.

JBL Tune Beam TWS headphones

As for the Tune Flex, these headphones are equipped with 12mm drivers, Bluetooth 5.2 and comply with the IPX4 standard. The total battery life of this model is up to 32 hours: eight hours with headphones and 24 hours with a case. All three models in the Tune series support multipoint connection, making it easy to switch between two devices.

JBL Live Flex TWS headphones

The most expensive of the TWS headphones presented were the models included in the Live series . The new $199.95 Live Free 2 and Live Flex TWS headphones join the existing Live Pro 2. The Live Free 2 are in-ear headphones with 10mm dynamic drivers, JBL True Adaptive Noise Cancelling with six noise-canceling microphones and wind protection, and IPX5 certification. Total battery life is up to 35 hours, seven hours with the headphones and an additional 28 hours with the case.

JBL Live Pro 2 TWS headphones

JBL Live Flex features 12mm neodymium drivers, Personi-Fi 2.0 audio tuning, adaptive noise reduction, IP54 dust and water resistance, Bluetooth 5.3, and six microphones. JBL claims the headphones will have a total battery life of up to 40 hours: eight hours with the headphones and 32 hours with the case, which supports Qi fast charging technology – wireless fast charging provides an additional four hours of listening time in just 15 minutes.
