Softears has introduced a new model of in-ear headphones Studio4 , focused on use in recording studios and as stage monitors.
Each earpiece has four armature drivers , coordinated by a finely tuned three-band crossover filter. The amplitude-frequency characteristic of the model is characterized by the maximum possible linearity (taking into account the peculiarities of intracanal radiation), the cases have an anatomical shape and are made of hypoallergenic synthetic resin by 3D printing.
The complete cable is equipped with 0.78 mm jacks for connecting to headphones and a 3.5 mm mini-jack for connecting to a signal source; the cores in the cable are made of highly purified oxygen-free copper. The sensitivity of the model is 123 dB , the nominal impedance is 12 ohms .
The package includes ear pads in three different sizes, a durable carrying and storage case, a brush and a cleaning flannel.
The Softears Studio4 in-ear armature headphones are sold online for $449 .
