Argon Audio has released an improved version of its older player TT-4 Special Edition. According to the developers, almost all parameters have been improved. Although, according to the manufacturer, more than 80 thousand devices were already sold, the player also received an EISA award.
In particular, the internal wiring has been improved, the special edition comes with an Ortofon 2M Bronze cartridge and a higher quality rubber mat. A new 8.8″ tonearm with a carbon tube and proprietary ATS (Anisotropic Torsion Stabilizer) technology has been installed, which reduces internal resonances and improves groove adherence. There is a built-in switchable phono stage. The support disk weighs 1.4 kg and is made of aluminum. The body is made of MDF. The player weighs 7.2 kg. Black color.
