Cayin has updated its compact (only 24 cm wide) mini-CD player , which received the mk2 suffix in the name. The novelty is part of a series of compact i-Series components and is based on the audiophile chipset ES9018K2M from ESS Technology.
Cayin mini- CD mk2 is equipped with an optical disc transport with a slot loader and a laser head from the Japanese company Sanyo. The novelty is capable of upsampling musical material up to a sampling frequency of 352.8 kHz (controlled from the remote control).
In addition to the analog output on RCA connectors, the player is equipped with a digital coaxial output and an HDMI port with an I2S output. Power supply – external 9V.
The Cayin mini – CD mk2 compact CD player is available in silver finish.
