Russound, a renowned American manufacturer of audio equipment, has recently introduced two new models in its lineup of installation AV receivers, named the AVA2.1 and AVA3.1. As indicated by their names, these models are designed with 2.1 and 3.1 channel configurations, respectively.
Both devices feature a classic black design, with the addition of oblique lines on the top panel for a touch of modern style. They are equipped with an HDMI connector that supports ARC (Audio Return Channel) and the CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) protocol, enhancing their connectivity options. Additionally, these receivers include a Bluetooth wireless adapter, allowing for easy streaming from mobile devices.
The performance of the AVA2.1 and AVA3.1 is powered by an internal Class D amplifier, capable of delivering up to 50 watts of power. For added convenience, they come with an external remote IR (infrared) receiver, facilitating control from various locations within a room.
Interestingly, these new Russound receivers are not available for purchase through traditional retail channels. Instead, they are sold exclusively through the manufacturer’s official website. Pricing details are provided directly by Russound managers upon request, ensuring personalized customer service and support.
