Externally, the Galaxy M15 5G is very similar to its predecessors. It has three main camera modules arranged vertically in a row. Samsung traditionally uses neat and minimalistic sensor framing, without resorting to large protruding blocks. The side edges of the rear panel have a slightly noticeable rounding, which effectively affects the comfort of the grip. There are three color options – light blue, dark blue and gray. The smartphone is built on an unnamed eight-core chipset with a clock frequency of 2.2 GHz. The specification corresponds to the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor. The device uses a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 800 nits of brightness.

The smartphone has 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory. The storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. Out of the box, the Galaxy M15 5G comes with Android 14 operating system. Samsung promises four system updates and five years of security patches. A 6000 mAh battery with support for 25 W fast charging is responsible for autonomy. It is noteworthy that the Galaxy M15 5G retains the classic headphone jack, and the fingerprint scanner is built into the power button.
