Xiaomi 13T Pro will receive three cameras and a top-end processor

Xiaomi is preparing to announce a new smartphone of the Xiaomi 13 line – the Xiaomi 13T Pro model. At the moment, the full specifications of the mobile device, which will be presented on the global market, have been disclosed.

The main camera of the smartphone will receive a sensor model Sony IMX707 (optical format 1/1.28 inches) with large pixels 1.22µm. Potentially, this 50 megapixel sensor will make it possible to shoot in low light conditions by capturing more light.

In addition to the main module, there will be two additional ones: a telemodule with a 50 MP OmniVision OV50D sensor , and a 13 MP ultra-wide-angle (Omnivision OV13B). At the same time, there is a Leica marking on the main camera unit, which indicates the cooperation of companies in the development of algorithms and technology for photo and video shooting on Xiaomi 13T Pro.

The front camera of the smartphone will have a resolution of 20 megapixels.

Also, the Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphone will be equipped with a high-performance MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ mobile processor. The exact same chip is installed in the recent flagship Redmi K60 Ultra (which is similar to the Xiaomi 13T Pro in many ways). This chip outperforms the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is installed in the Xiaomi 13 line of devices.

The device will have a 6.67-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. This is higher than many flagship devices.

It is also reported that the smartphone will receive up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal memory (depending on configuration). Available battery capacity is 5000mAh with support for 120W fast charging. It will allow you to quickly charge Xiaomi 13T Pro from 0% to full charge.

The smartphone will be available in black and blue colors. The case itself is protected according to the IP68 standard. Xiaomi 13T Pro will run on the Android 13 operating system. The announcement is expected to take place on September 1, 2023.

Earlier it was reported that the smartphone Vivo X100 Pro + can get a 200 megapixel telemodule . The new model from Vivo may be the first mobile device with such a technological solution. Due to the excess resolution, this camera will be able to provide up to 3x zoom without visible loss of detail. If we add to it the presence of teleoptics (possibly with optical zoom), then users will be able to get a 10x zoom without losing quality. Potentially, this is a serious competitive advantage of the Vivo X100 Pro + model.
