BenQ has released an updated version of the GV series portable projector. The new model, called BenQ GV31, features increased image resolution and battery life.
The maximum image size generated by the projector is 120 inches , resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels. The projector’s luminous flux remained low – only 300 lumens , but this is due to battery operation. The new model will last 3 hours from a full charge , which is half an hour longer than the previous generation.
The projector runs Android TV version 11, as usual, this requires the installation of a special dongle. For physical connection of signal sources, the model has an HDMI 1.4b port, as well as USB-A and USB-C ports with Display Port support. Wireless capabilities include Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0 adapter . The acoustic system is still built on two full-range speakers with a power of 4 watts each and a low-frequency speaker with a power of 8 watts .
The BenQ GV31 portable projector is sold in the European market at a price of 599 euros.
