Backes & Müller has introduced the Jubilé Neo, a sleek active loudspeaker that merges advanced technology and acoustics with a sophisticated aesthetic. Measuring just 19 centimeters in width, the Jubilé Neo features a compact frontal profile. Shipments are anticipated to commence in December.
The Jubilé Neo from Backes & Müller aims to appeal to both music lovers and audiophiles, but also to buyers who are sensitive to the external design. According to the manufacturer, the new speaker sets a new standard for sound quality and design and is therefore ideal for modern living spaces with high aesthetic and acoustic demands.
The Jubilé Neo impresses with its slim silhouette of just 19 centimeters wide and a minimalist design that is intended to fit seamlessly into any living environment. Thanks to the somewhat hidden drivers and the woofer on the side, the speaker looks like an artistic sculpture and not like classic hi-fi technology. Combined with the possibility to choose between different surfaces and colors, the buyer can choose to let the speaker blend in completely with his listening room. Or he/she can choose to let the speaker really stand out.
The integrated amplifier and crossover technology make additional hi-fi components redundant. With BMEasyLink and an inconspicuous network cable, loss-free signal transmission is guaranteed, making bulky speaker cables a thing of the past.
With 800 watts of system power and digital crossover technology, the Jubilé Neo delivers precise, dynamic sound. The side-mounted woofer has a diameter of thirty centimetres and is sensor-controlled to ensure a rumble-free and deep bass reproduction. The built-in room correction system ensures optimum sound quality, even in acoustically untreated rooms.
The patented line emitter system, developed in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute, minimizes annoying reflections and offers a constant radiation behavior. This enables an excellent listening experience, even in challenging rooms.
In total, the Jubilé Neo has six drivers on board, i.e. one woofer, one tweeter and four midrange drivers. The specified frequency range runs from 22 Hz to 24 kHz. The dimensions including the base are 20 x 117 x 52 centimeters (W x H x D) and the speaker weighs 46 kg.
