Philips B8500
Introducing the Philips B8500 soundbar, a top-tier audio solution designed to seamlessly integrate with all new Philips TV models. This soundbar stands out in terms of acoustic performance, delivering superior sound quality compared to the built-in audio systems of Philips TVs, with the exception of the OLED+910.

If you have modest expectations for the design of a soundbar and subwoofer combination, and your space does not demand excessive power, the Philips B6100 soundbar could be the ideal audio solution for you. This 2.1 soundbar (featuring Dolby Atmos and DTS:X) provides many of the functionalities found in the higher-end B8500 model, but at a more accessible price point.
Measuring just 60 cm in length, this soundbar is well-suited for smaller televisions ranging from 48 to 55 inches. Its design remains visually appealing, although the acoustic mesh on the front may appear overly transparent. This minor design issue might be addressed prior to the product’s official release.
The Philips B6100 supports Dolby Digital and Dolby Atmos 3D (Dolby TrueHD) audio, along with DTS:X and DTS: Virtual X. It delivers a total sound output of 200 watts (RMS), with 120 watts dedicated to the wireless subwoofer. This straightforward approach helps keep the price competitive.

Philips B4000
The new basic soundbar, Philips B4000 2.0 (Dolby Digital), was not showcased during the Philips presentation. However, an official product page is already available, offering detailed information about this new model.
The B4000 Soundbar serves as a fundamental enhancement for your television’s audio experience. Philips has designed an attractive 2.0 system that delivers a maximum output of 60W (30W RMS), featuring HDMI ARC, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB connectivity. The dimensions of the soundbar are 91 x 31 x 27 cm.
Included in the package is a remote control. Regarding audio format support, buyers can expect Dolby Digital, which is standard for this price range and hardware category, while compatibility with other signal sources is also assured.
The release date and pricing for the Philips B4000 soundbar remain undisclosed. Given that this model is the only one featured on the official Philips website, it is reasonable to anticipate that sales will commence soon.
