Sharp’s 2025 Soundbar Lineup Brings Dolby Atmos and Slim Design From $80

Sharp introduced six new soundbars at IFA 2025 in Berlin, asserting that they are the most cost-effective Dolby Atmos-enabled models available, with an ultra-slim profile of just 3.6 cm in height.

The new collection spans from the economical Sharp HT-SB 121, which is priced at €75, to the premium HT-SBW 320, available for €210. Four out of the six models are compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS Virtual:X 3D surround sound formats.

The HT-SBW320 is particularly notable, as it merges an ultra-slim design with neodymium magnet speakers and delivers 360 W of amplification in a 2.1-channel setup.

Sharp has concentrated on creating compact solutions that do not obstruct the TV screen, and the ultra-slim Sharp HT-SBW320 soundbar perfectly exemplifies this philosophy. Every model in the series is equipped with HDMI eARC support, in addition to Bluetooth streaming, optical, and AUX inputs.

An additional key feature is the integration of the Roku TV Ready capability in the latest products, which streamlines the setup process when linking to Sharp Roku TVs. The system employs the enhanced HDMI CEC protocol, enabling control of the entire system with just one remote, and soundbar configurations can be accessed directly via the TV interface, removing the necessity for separate navigation.

Sharp’s soundbar line also includes the existing Sharp Q Soundbar—a 5.1.2 system with wireless rear speakers, developed in collaboration with French specialists Devialet. This model recently received the EISA Soundbar System 2025–2026 award.
