Roberts has introduced the Reva retro radio, a DAB+ radio featuring Bluetooth streaming capabilities that is bound to capture your heart. Its trapezoidal shape, complemented by softly rounded corners and a whip antenna, brings to mind the audio technology of the mid-20th century. The company refers to the Reva as its “most luxurious radio to date,” assuring sound quality that is on par with its elegant design. This model will be available in Black Leatherette, Pastel Cream Leatherette, and Cherry Wood finishes.

From a technical perspective, the Roberts Reva retro radio, which weighs 2.2 kg, features a combination of a 3.5-inch woofer and a 1.5-inch tweeter housed in a bass-reflex enclosure. According to the manufacturer’s claims, this setup is designed to deliver a ‘rich and bright sound.’ The Roberts Reva includes DAB, DAB+, and FM tuners, allowing for the storage of 40 presets (20 for FM and 20 for DAB). It also has an LCD screen with a dot matrix display that shows information about the station and tracks, offering five brightness levels. Additionally, users can stream music from mobile devices via Bluetooth, with support for standard SBC and AAC codecs.

The Roberts Reva boasts practical features such as adjustable equalizer settings, a customizable sleep timer for users who enjoy drifting off to the radio, and a dual alarm function with a snooze option, enabling you to set distinct wake-up times for weekdays and weekends.
On the rear, it includes a 3.5mm headphone jack for private listening, a 3.5mm line-in for connecting MP3 players or other audio sources, and a USB-C port for charging your smartphone.

The Roberts Reva radio is set to be available for purchase in the UK at a price of £199, starting from 8 September directly through the Roberts Radio website, and will be in retail stores from 22 September.
