The Tidal app is now available for LG webOS smart TVs from 2018 and newer. It provides access to audio recordings, music videos and playlists. Selected songs are offered in Dolby Atmos format.
The news means that the application will be available for webOS platforms version 4.0 and higher.

The Tidal app gives users access to a library of over 70 million audio recordings and 250,000 music videos in up to HD (High Definition, 1366 x 768) quality.
“Through the Tidal app, users will have access to Hi-Fi recordings right on their TVs. Watch the latest music videos, concerts and your favorite playlists in HD quality. Enjoy the latest albums of your idols. And all this – in the comfort of your home, ”- said in Tidal.
The Tidal app on LG TVs supports MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) audio, Sony 360 Reality Audio, and Dolby Atmos through a HiFi subscription. For example, 7 rings – Ariana Grande, After Hours – The Weeknd, Heartless – Kanye West are available as Dolby Atmos .
