The year 2022 is about to end, but Xiaomi still has a card up its sleeve. We are talking about its next flagship, the expected Xiaomi 13 , whose presentation date is already set in stone.
Going into details, the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro are scheduled to be unveiled to the public this December 1 at 12:00 p.m. (Spain), and they will do so at a very special event, where the company will announce several news; Among these novelties we can highlight MIUI 14 , the new version of Xiaomi’s custom layer based on Android 13.
As if that were not enough, the presentation of the Xiaomi Watch S2 smart watch is expected , as well as the new generation of Redmi Buds wireless headphones and the Xiaomi Speaker Pro ; that’s not to mention other smart home devices whose name we don’t know exactly yet.
Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro, what can we expect?
Well, a high-end terminal in its entirety. In this sense, the leaks suggest that the Xiaomi 13 will display a 6.38-inch LTPO AMOLED screen (6.73 inches on the Pro) with a 120Hz refresh rate and ultra-narrow 1.61mm bezels.
In addition, the imposing Qualcomm Snapdragon Gen 2 will be at the center of the offer as its processor. Some sources indicate that it will have a maximum of 12GB of RAM and 120W fast charging (probably only on the 12 Pro).
For its part, in the photographic section there is talk of a 50MP triple rear camera , that in the case of the standard model. Meanwhile, in the case of the Pro model, the same sensor as the Xiaomi 12S Ultra is expected, a gigantic one-inch Sony and optics signed by Leica.
With all that said, the prices of each of the devices still remain to be known, but it is only a matter of days to find out for sure.
